Mount Kinabalu is a prominent mountain situated on the island of Borneo, Malaysia. It is the highest mountain in Borneo island as well as the highest mountain in Malaysia. The mountain and its surroundings are one of the most important biological sites in the world. It has about 6,000 species of plants, 326 species of birds, and more than 100 mammalian species. Low’s Peak can be climbed easily and there is no need for mountaineering equipment.
